Turkey, Bacon & Cranberry Sausage Roll Garland

Buttery, flaky, puff pastry wrapped around minced turkey thigh, minced pork shoulder, smoked bacon, with added sweetness from fruity cranberries.

Cuts into 16 cocktail sausage rolls, perfect for sharing. Comes Frozen for home cooking 

For best results, cook from frozen:

1. Remove all outer packaging, and place products on baking parchment on a flat baking tray.
2. Place in the center of a pre-heated oven at 170°C fan assisted, gas mark 6 and bake for 35 – 45 mins until the pastry is well risen and golden and the filling is piping hot core temp 75oc.
3. Leave to rest for 2 mins and carefully remove from the parchment.
