Bacon & Gammon

We source our pork from Packington Free Range, our skilled butchers first hand prepare and trim the pork. Then we hand dry cure the middles and leave to cure for 7 days. After this process we bone out the sides ready for slicing

We also cure and cook our own hams.

We even smoke our bacon over oak chips in our own, specially-installed bacon smoker.
